I recently switched from a big company to Forterra and it was a great decision. Small company and the customer service has been on point. Every employee I’ve spoken with actually cares and takes the time to solve the issue. Techs at the bigger pest companies try to get as many routes as possible and it’s hard to get them back out when issues pop up. Ean has been my tech and is thorough and explains everything.
Drake was the exterminator sent to service my home. Drake was an absolute rock star. He called when he was in route. I had to send his call to voicemail because I was in a meeting. Drake didn't just leave a voicemail and wait fit me to call back, he took the extra step to send a text.
Upon his arrival he asked questions to ensure he understood my concerns then he shared his thoughts on the best plan of attack. He then executed the plan, keeping me informed on every step. He was also respectful of the inside of my home and involved me in deciding the best placement of baits.
My experience with Forterra was very positive. I will use them again as well as refer them to others.
I was using other service providers before Forterra...but after Forterra I do not think I need to look for better service... they know what they are doing and how it is being done!!
They have a unique style of integrating with customer...they are not counting $ on every question you ask...they will help you understand what they are doing and what you can do if you want to do by yourself!! This has influence.... people like me do not want to wait until someone come and help at the time of any crisis, we must act to protect the damage!! so we must know what we can do.... then call the expert to take the necessary steps to fix the issue!!

Jason was awesome to work with. He came a little early, walked me through the whole process, and was highly knowledgable. We were just moving in so he actually helped me find many problem areas to note in my own move-in rental inspection aside from pest-related issues including finding cracks in the walls, broken areas in trim, etc. and recommending some valuable resources. We very much appreciate this and he was very fast as well!
